How do I pay for my order? Payment must be made via direct transfer.

How do I know that my order has been received and confirmed?  An e-mail will be sent to you that your order has been received. Confirmation that your order will be processed will be emailed to you, on receipt of payment made via direct transfer into our nominated bank account.

Why didn’t I get an order confirmation email? If you haven’t received any email updates about your order, it is likely the emails were marked as spam. Some email providers may mark our emails as spam or completely block them. Be sure to check your spam folder for emails about your order and make sure to add JeCatering @ Home to your safe list, or contact us  for help  (June 0414 616006 / with your name and email address used to place the order and we can confirm the order for you. 

Do you deliver and the times of delivery? We will deliver around Sydney metro and surrounds – Charges will apply. Presently delivery will take place on Fridays between 3.30pm & 5.30pm, unless otherwise arranged. 

What are the pick-up procedures? On arrival at DBBC, call the mobile no on the gate and your order will be brought to your car.


What are the pick-up times? Pick up times from Double Bay Bowling Club, 18 Kioara Road Double Bay – Weds, Thurs and Fri – between 11am & 3pm (preferred times can be given betwn 11am – 3pm on your order form).

If I have a query about my delivery? Call June 0414 616006 with any questions you may have regarding your meal, ingredients, re heating instructions etc.

Can I Freeze the meals ordered? Freezer friendly items are marked on the menu 

Do you have Gluten free items?  All gluten free items are marked GF on the menu

I have certain Dietary requirements – how do I notify you of them?There is an “Additional notes “ section on the check-out. Please give us the necessary information with reference to your specific dietaries.

We will take care to ensure that we meet your specific dietary requirements but cannot guarantee trace allergens are not present in any item, as we do  produce all items including nuts, seeds, dairy and eggs from our kitchen.

Is there a cut off time when placing my order? 3 Business days’ notice is necessary when placing your order
