General: Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with JECatering@Home. By using the JECatering@Home service, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. JECatering@Home is a division of which JunEdelmuth Catering is the umbrella brand
Applicable Law: The laws of New South Wales, Australia, govern these terms and conditions.
Orders: After placing an order via our website, we will process your order and send you an email confirming that your order has been accepted and that payment for the same has been received via a bank transfer or otherwise agreed. At the time when payment is approved, a valid and binding contract arises between you and JECatering@Home for the supply of products ordered.
Prices: Prices of goods and delivery displayed on the JECatering@Home website are current at the time of display and include GST. These prices are subject to variation without notice.
Privacy: We at JECatering@Home are very concerned for your privacy. Personal information is collected when you place an order and used to fulfil that order. We promise that we will not pass on your personal details to any other organizations. It is our promise that there is nobody more important to us than you, and that we will provide you with absolute shopping privacy.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately on 0414 616006. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Out of Stock & Substitution: In the event that we cannot satisfy your order due to product unavailability, we will contact you to offer you an alternative.
Food and Allergies: Except to the extent that a meal is expressly stated to be gluten free or vegetarian, we cannot guarantee that our meals will meet the requirements of those with intolerances and allergies. Please note that our kitchen is not nut, gluten or dairy free and that trace amounts may or may not be present in any food produced on site.
Delivery: Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an exact time for delivery, or being able to fulfil special delivery requests. We ask that you provide a contact phone number so that you can be contacted if any issues arise with your delivery. Please ensure you give us detailed instructions on where our delivery person should leave the products that we deliver to you at the time you place your order.
Our website: Whilst we have made all efforts to ensure that the information on the Website is correct and complete, we do not make any warranty of any kind as to the reliability of such information.
Please be aware that the products displayed on the Website are indicative only. Many of our products are fresh products and may therefore vary slightly due to natural variation and seasonal availability. Images on the Website may not show the same shape or colour as the product delivered and are for illustrative purposes only.
